HP500 HIGH PERFORMANCE INSTANT ADHESIVE is an advanced technology, range extended, gap filling adhesive. It is virtually non-surface sensitive, bonding non-porous materials like metal, glass and rubber (O-rings), as well as porous materials such as wood, veneers, cork, cardboard, and leather. HP500 will also bond Routine Plastics, Nylon, Delrin®, Vinyls, Naugahyde, and woven Fabrics. Type: Liquid; Color Dried: Clear; Color on Application: Clear.
HP500 provides a high strength bond even on surfaces contaminated with some acids, greases, oils, and release agents. Its high viscosity (500cps) allows for gap-filling up to .015"! HP500 is engineered with a slightly longer bonding time than some competitive brands, allowing for maximum alignment of work piece before setting. Long shelf life, 1 year at 70°F and convenient snap off lid allow maximum use of adhesive available.
