1 LB Kit
Metalink Machinable Repair Compound is a trowelable stainless steel filled polymer compound for repairing and rebuilding parts and surfaces. Once hardened, it can be drilled, tapped, sanded, machined and painted just like metal. ML400 will bond to steel, cast iron, stainless steel, all ferrous and non-ferrous metals, concrete, glass, and wood. The stainless steel filler provides maximum durability and performance. The new, improved formula provides a smooth, silk finish with extreme abrasion and corrosion resistance.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grind, sand, brush or grit-blast surface for best adhesion. Clean with CH020-EA Metal Prep II Degreaser and wait for the substrate to dry. In humid climates it is advisable to flame brush the surface to prevent flash rusting. This will also help the polymer "wet out" on the surface.
2. Mix 3 parts Resin to 1 part Hardener, or mix the entire unit. Mix thoroughly until uniform in color (no streaks). Apply fully mixed material to desired surface.
3. Working time is 30 minutes at room temperature. Material is hard in 10 hours, allow 48 hours before returning to service.
