Tube Sheet Repair
Freshly sand blasted tube sheet holes are filled with cork and all gasket surfaces are taped up. (Fig. 1)
Surface dust is cleaned off with Metal Prep II™ Degreaser and Metalink Brush-on Ceramic is applied. (Fig. 2)
Cork and tape removed. Metalink Brush-on Ceramic provides a corrosion and cavitation resistant surface that will provide many more years of service. (Fig 3)
