FAS-STEEL 4™ is a unique fast setting, two part 100% solids epoxy resin system fortified with steel filler. Once hardened, FAS-STEEL 4™ is tough (5000 lb tensile strength), and can be machined, drilled, tapped, and painted. FAS-STEEL 4™ is ideal for fast, easy, low cost repairs to metals, glass, concrete, and most plastics. Available in r a 85 gram manual syringe.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grind, brush, sand, or grit-blast surface for best adhesion. Remove debris and clean surface with CH020 Metal Prep II degreaser. Allow degreaser to dry completely.
2. A. Mix equal part of hardener and resin, or for larger jobs, mix full contents of each container.
B. With Shur-Shot syringe, remove cap from tip of syringe. Insert syringe into application gun. Squeeze trigger slightly until both sides are feeding, and then affix static mixer. Discharge only the amount needed for repair. IT IS NOT NECESSARY TO USE ENTIRE SYRINGE AT ONE TIME.
Either leave static mixer on syringe or replace cap. (A new mixer will have to be used for next application.)
3. Work material into substrate to allow maximum surface contact and adhesion.
4. Working time is 3-4 minutes at 75ºF. Material is hard in 10 minutes.
